Hi again.  I had a little glitch in the editing of Episode 89.  Through my error or that of the software (I am going to blame the software), when I spliced in the part I had previously recorded with Jason, I lost several minutes of the part Iris and I recorded.  What we lost included one of the bands, The Wedding Present.  Feel free to check out their latest album, El Rey, for yourself.  Thanks.  Will

... and Iris is asleep. You wouldn't want to listen to just me for half an hour, so Episode 24 will be delayed 2-3 days while we attempt to get an awake and coherent Iris. Wish us luck this week with 10 crazy boys running around in a water park for Jason's 9th birthday party.

These are some of my favorite links: www.popmatters.com -- Excellent music reviews, interviews and commentary. www.metacritic.com/music -- Another music review site. This one compiles revies from several sources and assigns numerical values. Links to the reviews are also provided. www.allmusic.com -- Lots of information about almost any band you can think of. www.flaminglips.com -- Band site. www.gbv.com -- Big site with lots and lots of stuff from my favorite now-defunct band, Guided By Voices. If you want to be current, it's now www.robertpollard.net. www.truthout.org -- Good site compiling politically-oriented articles from the left side of the political spectrum. www.nytimes.com -- No-brainer. www.rogerebert.com -- He's been around a long time, but I can't seem to find a better movie reviewer than Roger Ebert. www.dell.com -- Pretend you are buying a new computer, even if you can't afford one or your present computer doesn't need replacing. www.ffrf.org -- Freedom From Religion Foundation.
